Minimum 2 participants; if not met, choose another date or request a full refund. Swimming skills are not required under the published operator conditions, but follow the guide and use the provided safety equipment. No luggage storage. Bring spare clothes, swimwear, sunglasses and a hat. Travel or accident insurance is recommended.

Include infants and children in the passenger headcount. Children aged 10 or above pay the adult rate. Two paying adults may bring a maximum of one child aged 1–5; an additional child requires a child ticket. Confirm the applicable rate for other child ages. Intoxicated participants may be refused service without a refund.

Confirmation is due within 24 hours; contact us if it has not arrived. Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity for a full refund. If the operator cancels because of force majeure or unforeseen events, the published options are rescheduling or a full refund. Other changes remain subject to operator approval.
